We ship via Canada Post to Canadian and continental US addresses only. It's best to allow 7-14 days to receive your order. We'll send you a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your shipment.

We offer free shipping for orders over $90 and a flat rate of $20 under $90.

Refund Policy

We want to make sure that you are happy and comfortable buying from Greystone Linen. So if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please inspect items immediately upon receiving them from the shipper. In the rare case your order was damaged during shipping, please report this to us immediately so we can work quickly to get you a refund or replacement.
